Flashback...California + Josh & Kara wedding
Last month my brother-in-law Josh married the lovely Kara in the LDS Newport Beach Temple. So naturally, we all traveled to California for the big day. The trip was awesome! I went crazy with the camera (of course) and took a million pictures. With that said, steady yourself for a pretty hefty blog entry. I tried to narrow it down to the favorites, but there were so many! It's hard cutting a week down to just a few (or dozen or so) photos.
The group of us split up and stayed at three different homes (family friends of Kara--SO nice!) When we arrived at one of the houses, they were setting up for their son's birthday party. They were so nice to let us test it out! We had a blast, as you can see:
Because of my love for hydrangeas, my husband Jake thought I should pose by this vase of them. Yes, I love them. This is the Hardy home. It was amazing and is the Hardy family!
Here's the back view:
I loved their stairs leading up to the front door:
Here's the view from their front yard. Not bad, eh?
The day before the wedding we all headed over to the reception site.
There were lemon trees everywhere, so we thought we'd all see who could eat them without pulling a sour face. I think Josh might have come the closest:
Here's the fam!

And of course we all had to take a stroll down Hollywood Blvd.
Now for the wedding!
Kara is a former Rockette, and also dances on Broadway, so they obviously had to do a dance for everyone! Here are some of their top moves:
Congrats Josh and Kara!
And if that wasn't enough, here are two slideshows of the trip: California and Josh & Kara.
